We are looking for a Founding Account Executive to play a pivotal role in building and expanding our Enterprise customer base.

Job Description

Recraft is growing rapidly, we're looking for a highly motivated Account Executive to help us scale our enterprise pipeline & sales effort. As an early member of the GTM team, you will help influence our messaging, collateral, and playbook. You will play a critical role in defining our sales strategy, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline & deal management: You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, targeting Fortune 100s and other enterprises. While we have a healthy inbound pipeline, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic outbound prospecting initiatives to drive new business opportunities. 
  • Customer centricity: You will take a solution-selling approach, conducting deep discovery to understand customer needs, challenges, and goals, positioning Recraft’s value proposition accordingly via pitches and demos. You will own building relationships with key stakeholders, including design teams, IT, procurement, and executive leadership.
  • Market feedback: You will collaborate with Product & Engineering to provide market feedback to help shape Recraft AI’s enterprise offerings and product roadmap.
  • Build: You will influence our GTM by working closely with leadership to establish scalable sales processes, refine messaging, and build foundational sales operations.

Requirements

  • Experience: You have a demonstrated track record of selling B2B software to Enterprises and consistently meeting or exceeding sales quota. Selling design software, experience with ML/AI, and familiarity with a product-led sales motion is a plus.
  • Solution selling: You have a consultative, value-based sales approach and thrive in complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Hunter mentality: You’re proactive, self-motivated, and skilled at generating pipeline through outbound efforts.
  • Owner mindset: You’re comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where adaptability, problem-solving, and initiative are key.
  • Thrive in ambiguity: You have the ability to build and refine sales playbooks, processes, and tools to drive efficiency and repeatability.
  • Excellent communicator: You have excellent written, verbal, and visual communication and negotiation skills.
